We heat liners and shells, then have you flex and stand so the plastic sets around your foot.
4. Shell Punching
Using calibrated punches, we relieve hotspots on ankle bones, toes, or instep.
5. Precision Grinding
We smooth shell edges and high-pressure zones for a gentle interface.
6. Return for Tweak
Within two weeks, drop back in for a free fine-tune once your boots have broken in.
Q: How long does a basic bootfitting appointment take?
A: Plan for about 45–60 minutes. We block extra time on Fridays so you can still catch afternoon laps on Boulder Creek Path.
Q: Do I need to bring my own boots?
A: Yes—our service works on any brand. If you buy boots from us, we cover the heat-mold fee.
Q: When should I come back for a follow-up?
A: After 5–6 ski days or within two weeks—whichever comes first—to tweak any spots that settle differently on-snow.
Q: What’s the cost?
A: Heat molding + shell punching + grinding package is $80 flat. Additional punches run $20 each.
Q: Can you fix boots last-minute before a weekend race at Eldora?
A: Absolutely—call by Thursday afternoon and we’ll reserve a slot so you’re tuned up before Saturday’s gates.
