Best Hat I own! High quality material and a great message. I have ran over 100 miles in it with no sweat strains. Definitely would recommend to any other endurance athletes out there who want a great hat that help you push yourself.

I really wanted this to work for me. 5 years ago I got a custom fitted devise (exactly the same idea as this product) from Kaiser Permanente and it definitely worked and was of very high quality plastic (unlike this one).
