15 years ago, Alpine Base and Edge became Boulder's go-to spot for Race Skiers all around the region. Started by legendary ski tuner Peter Boyer, Alpine Base and Edge gained a reputation for top class race ski tuning. A reputation we continue to keep 15 years later.

Many years after Peter started the shop, it was acquired by Kris, and a new focus on expanding beyond Ski Racing was adapted. By embracing the new wave of freeride skiing in Boulder, we were able to open up the craftmanship and expertise we're known for to an entire new league of skiers.

Now we're on a mission to expand our catalog, innovate a new ski shop experience, train the new wave of quick handed ski tuners, and much much more we can't wait to tell you about.
