The Dancer 89 TI is designed for all-mountain and piste skiing performance, offering nimble, smooth, and stable handling. Featuring two razor-thin metal sheets and a lightweight poplar wood core, this ski delivers the perfect blend of up-tempo energy and fluid control. It's at home carving through fresh corduroy, and its extra width delivers easy handling in more marginal conditions — letting you navigate late-afternoon bumps and leave you glowing afterward.

- Dual Span Titanal: One of the sturdiest metals out there, Titanal is isotropic — equally strong in all directions — so the ski loves being on edge, blasts through bumps, and feels stable even in changeable snow.
- Lightweight Poplar & Fiberglass Core: Light, medium-weight, durable poplar wood flexes and pops nicely with strong vibration absorption, used as the sole wood in this core to let the ski pop, butter, and stomp like an all-mountain freestyle ski while holding torsional stability for confident downhill grip. Set between two layers of fiberglass for strength, rigidity, and durability.
- Elliptical Sidecut: A longer radius underfoot for fast, easy pivoting paired with a shorter radius in the tip and tail for easier turn initiation, allowing a wide variety of turn lengths, angles, and mounting positions.
- Mustache Flex: Stability underfoot for solid edge hold, with a smooth, progressive flex in the tips and tails to absorb bumps and snow debris.
- Progressive Flat-Tail Shape and Profile: Tip and tail rocker plus traditional camber for a blend of high-performance edge hold, easy turn initiation, and float in soft snow — combining the stability and drive of a flat tail with carefully tuned rocker for intuitive pivots and slashes.

I really wanted this to work for me. 5 years ago I got a custom fitted devise (exactly the same idea as this product) from Kaiser Permanente and it definitely worked and was of very high quality plastic (unlike this one). The screws were metal inserts but three problem is that it would crack and I went through three of them in 5 years. Each cost $500! Not good. So when I saw.
