Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and tuning ski equipment to ensure optimal performance for our clients.
• Overseeing retail operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Providing expert advice on ski racing equipment and techniques.
• Managing and training junior staff to ensure top-notch service.
• Handling customer queries, concerns, and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ski tech roles, preferably in racing settings.
• Strong knowledge of ski racing equipment and techniques.
• Experience in retail management and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
